Overview

OAC Connect is an internal browser extension developed by OAC Hiring for use by OAC consultants. This extension helps streamline the process of saving candidate conversation data to our internal CRM system.

Data Collection

What Data We Collect

The extension collects the following data only from LinkedIn messaging conversations:

• Message Content: Text of messages exchanged in LinkedIn conversations
• Participant Information: Names and LinkedIn profile identifiers of conversation participants
• Timestamps: When messages were sent
• Current User Identity: Your LinkedIn profile identifier to associate messages with your account

What Data We Do NOT Collect

• Passwords or login credentials
• Financial information
• Data from websites other than LinkedIn
• Browsing history outside of LinkedIn messaging
• Personal files from your computer

Data Usage

All collected data is:

1. Transmitted securely via HTTPS to OAC Hiring's internal servers
2. Used exclusively for internal business purposes (CRM data entry automation)
3. Accessible only to authorized OAC Hiring personnel
4. Never sold or shared with third parties

Data Storage

• Data is stored on OAC Hiring's secured internal infrastructure
• Data retention follows OAC Hiring's internal data retention policies
• Data is protected using industry-standard security measures
